Privacy

Little Getaways stores trip plans, event details, profile names and icons in Cloudflare D1 so they can be shared between profiles. Profile selection is not authentication: anyone with access to the site can view and change plans. Do not put sensitive information in a plan.

Location search and routes

Place searches and selected place IDs are sent to Google Places API. Place IDs are stored with events; Google-sourced address details and route estimates are requested when needed and are not stored by this app. Route requests use selected place IDs or event location text and are sent to Google Routes API. Google handles these requests under its Privacy Policy and Google Maps Platform Terms. Location search and route estimates are unavailable if the required Google services are not configured or cannot be reached.

Hosting and data access

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and itinerary data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Profiles are shared site-wide; there are no private per-user accounts. Use the profile-management controls in the app to remove profiles and their associated data.
